Our story through the years
Hello from The Netherlands!
After getting more and more requests from all over the world, we launch our new website Sokkies.com!
So, our clients don’t have to learn Dutch to order our beautiful socks.
Our own factory
After months of preparation, our own factory has opened in China. A complete production where only Sokkies are made.
Thanks to our own people and machines we can guarantee quality and speed.
A Belgian sister
Our southern neighbors in Belgium can now also enjoy custom stockings to the fullest. Sokkies.nl gets a sister in the form of Sokkies.be!
Our own machines
We have worked for years with various suppliers in Portugal, Turkey and China, among others. Time to take matters into our own hands. We purchase our first machines of our own.
5 years of fun!
Hands (and feet) together, we are 5 years old. Big celebration for us, but also for our customers: they all get a present in the form of a free pair!
100.000 pairs
In 2020, we really started popping. By focusing on quality and service, more and more (large) companies knocked on our door. We hit our first milestone: 100,000 pairs of socks produced!
Socks for companies
Until we were approached by a friend’s company in 2019 asking, “Can you make socks for our staff?”
After several design rounds to get the design tight, we had our socks printed for the company. With success. This tasted like more, so we started focusing more and more on companies.
The initial idea…
In 2016, we came up with the idea of developing a sock subscription for individuals. Unique in the Netherlands at the time and a gap in the market (at least, that’s what we thought). So initially the focus was on the consumer market, in the form of a subscription for socks.
With a select group of people, new designs were conceived, designed and produced every month. Within no time we had enthusiastic customers who received a pair of socks in the mail every month.
